If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
GROVV provides an AI-powered platform that allows users to:
- Upload long-form videos for AI analysis and clipping
- Automatically generate short-form video clips
- Add auto-generated captions in multiple languages
- Resize videos for different social media platforms
- Schedule and post content to connected social media accounts
- Manage a content library of clips and videos
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT
Plans: We offer Free, Creator, and Pro subscription plans with different features and limitations. Plan details and pricing are available on our website.
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on each billing date.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.
Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Free Trial: If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
5. USER CONTENT
Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the videos and content you upload to our Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission. The GROVV name, logo, and all related marks are our trademarks.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CLIPS OR CAPTIONS. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROVV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GROVV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. TERMINATION
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Abuse the Service or harm other users
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GROVV operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. SEVERABILITY
